Who We Are
At GAI Energy we strive to accelerate the clean energy transition in Indiana while providing energy savings and independence for our customers, all while ensuring them the highest quality of customer experience. We execute these initiatives and differentiate ourselves from the solar industry at large through four key elements:
- High-Quality Sales Experience – We are never high pressure, only seeking to understand the goals and problems that the customer has and fit a solution where it makes objective sense.
- Qualifications of Staff – Our team is highly credentialed, most of whom hold college degrees in renewable energy. Our founder is an electrical engineer who drives efficient electrical design and implementation.
- Design – We design solutions that optimally fit the problem instead of selling designs to fit our product offering. It is through this mindset that we can virtuously pursue the adoption of solar energy.
- Full Vertical Integration – We own the entire process from sales, through installation, and on to servicing the systems we install. We do not sell signed contracts to other installation firms. This ensures that we maintain the highest quality of product and service for those who trust us with their business.
