THE PROJECT
This 75 kW system was installed on Gellersen Engineering Center on the beautiful Valparaiso University campus. The system helps the university manage energy costs and also provides a learning opportunity for students. TWG – Illinois Street Senior Apartments
THE PROJECT
TWG is a development group that rehabs old and constructs new urban buildings into thriving multi-family housing developments. This project took an old laundry facility on Illinois Street in Indianapolis and transformed it into senior apartments.

This TWG project was new construction located in the Norwood, Ohio area. The building is a senior apartment building. Even through it was new construction, we had to be creative with the array placements!

Bad Dad Brewing Co.
THE PROJECT
Bad Dad Brewing Company is located in Fairmount, Indiana. The company was looking for a way to help control the overhead costs of doing business. They turned to solar and GAI as a possible solution. The result was not one, but two solar projects!

Rees Theatre
THE PROJECT
In 2017 the Plymouth Indiana community came together to renovate the historic REES Theatre. Today this state-of-the-art facility houses events such as films, seminars, weddings and educational events. GAI was a proud partner in this endeavor providing a PV solar system which will mitigate energy costs for years to come.

THE PROJECT
Ortman Drilling has been providing families and business in central Indiana with fresh water since 1922. Their environmental and fiscal goals led them to install solar in 2015. As of Spring 2023 they have produced 420 MWh of electricity.

Marian University’s Ancilla College started out as Ancilla Domini College, in Donaldson, Indiana, and was sponsored by the Congregation of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. A focus on sustainability led them to PV solar installations for their college and retreat facilities.

Anvil 38 is a luxury apartment complex in Lafayette, Indiana. The development company wanted the facility to have renewable energy incorporated into the design.
